I am completely disappointed in the flowers my mom was sent for her birthday. Her favorite flowers are daisy-so I ordered a vase full of daisies and my mom received mums. She hates fragrance and mums are not her favorite flowers and not what I ordered. Very disappointed with the arrangement she received. I ordered the flowers to the left and received the ones to the right. Just not happy with the results. Just want what I ordered.
I ordered 103 roses for a birthday girl that was turning 103 to be delivered on Saturday, July 27th, 2024. I received a picture of the bouquet as soon as it was delivered and it looked absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely order from Magical Flowers For You in the future, they are great, they followed the instructions and flowers were delivered at noon. Birthday girl was all smiles. I recently ordered flowers for my sister's 50th Anniversary from Magic Flowers in Naples, FL.My sister texted a pic & the bouquet is absolutely gorgeous! The flowers were beautiful and the delivery was on time. However, the balloons did not have happy birthday on it. I can tell they used really cheap balloons.
I would give them a 3, which to me is just average, not great not terrible.Delivery time was almost 2 hours past from when I had requested them to be delivered. In this town I could understand and I could accept that, however I had to call 3 times and send an email to get a live person to speak with me. Then miraculously they appeared. No call to let me know that they're late. Someone did call once I called them, I will credit them for following up with me, and I appreciate that.The arrangement that was received was ok, not anything like the photo, but I get it. Certain flowers are in or out of season, supply, demand, I get it. In fact I questioned whether to answer the questions of whether substitutes were acceptable or not, I chose ok, yes. But from a customer service standpoint, wouldn't you substitute something better if you couldn't give your customer what they asked for? Wouldn't you want to let them know you want them as a long term customer? That word of mouth is important. Nope not these guys, one and done. That is what so many companies especially florists do these days. They don't care, because their online sales keep them busy. They don't need locals to support them when so many people simply buy online. That's ok though, I live local and buy local. But I will not be buying from these guys again.I could have gotten the same results from Publix and been better off, picked them out myself.Listen, if you are just sending flowers and you don't really care as long as they are fresh, then hey, you are good here with these folks. Ironically, nothing magical here about this crowd, no wow, just simply, eh... ok.Sadly it seems the bare minimum is what everyone wants to get away with these days. Definitely should not be called the deluxe.
Beautiful arrangement delivered in less than 3 hours. no problems everything great.
I specifically ordered the GOLD number 10 balloons (it’s my son’s golden birthday) and a Mickey Mouse balloon bouquet to be delivered to our Disney Resort where we are celebrating my son’s birthday for the weekend. Upon check in (which was after 5pm) we received SILVER #10 balloons with a pink ribbon on them and a MINNIE MOUSE balloon bouquet!!! Needless to say it was extremely disappointing especially since their prices were obnoxious for 5 balloons. But, I was willing to pay the price for convenience. And since they are the vendor associated with WDW and recommended on the Disney website I thought I wouldn’t have to worry. I should have saved myself the money and ran to party city. I emailed them last night as soon as I received the balloons and called the next morning once I located a phone number. Unfortunately, they are closed all weekend and only open until 5pm during the week. So, I won’t even get a response until Monday, which is after our birthday weekend celebration. Unacceptable! Do NOT use them! Apparently after Florida Fresh Floral took over earlier this year the service went down!

I ordered flowers, got an email they were delivered and called because they were NEVER delivered to the correct address, I called and no one ever called me back, I am furious! Took my money and ran so they were delivered to the wrong address or never delivered at all!!!!!
This is the prettiest bouquet we have ever received!! The roses actually have the aroma of a 🌹and the delphinium & the lily’s smell wonderful!! Such a beautiful surprise from our grandson❤️
I've reached out to Magical Flowers For You twice now and have been very happy with their services! They arranged a beautiful bouquet for my mother's birthday and a very cute holiday arrangement for Christmas. However, the first holiday arrangement had greenery that smelled unappealing to my mom, so she called them and Magical Flowers pulled together a whole new arrangement to her liking (thank you!!). I was stunned at what a beautiful job they did with both arrangements and appreciate the customer service they provided to my mother. Prices are very reasonable for their stunning arrangements. Will definitely be using them again and again in the future!
Fantastic staff and response time with deliveries. 10/10 1000% wonderful florists. They all have a great eye for a wonderful bouquet. My mom lives in Naples Florida and I have struggled to find a florist that delivers a quality product. I am so happy at last to have found Magical Flowers. They create beautiful arrangements, are generous with their flowers, and most importantly deliver something that looks like what I ordered if not even nicer. Even on busy holidays such as Mother’s Day their quality does not decline. I am so happy with the flowers I have sent my mom from Magical Flowers and I will continue to use them. I got an amazing Flower Birthday Cake delivered from Magical Flowers. So creative and beautiful! I’m not sure how to add water but will try over the sink with a light spray. I was so happy that I took a picture and posted it on my Facebook. Great gift
I had the BEST experience with this company. Super easy website and I live in Texas sending to a family member in Naples so it’s always a little nerve wracking not knowing what the flowers will look like upon delivery. My family sent them when they got them and honestly the pics on the website don’t even come close to how great the final product was! It was so much larger and fuller than I was expecting at the price! I would absolutely use them again. Keep it up! (Also I am personally a big fan of going straight to the company vs using like 1-800 flowers as a middle man) let’s all help the small local businesses if we can!
"Terrible customer service experience". Flowers drooped after 24 hours of being delivered and continued drooping the next day (see pictures, first day after, then second day). Note: Ends of the stems were cut diagonally immediately after delivery and placed in fresh water.When questioned about the condition of the flowers after delivery, the manager took no responsibility and in fact stated that the flowers were delivered fresh and barely opened. Well unfortunately, that was not the case since a photo was taken at delivery and all were fully opened with a few starting to droop at that time (see last picture to the right) I was not looking for a refund but only some customer satisfaction with some sought of partial replacement, credit, etc. I will not use this florist again and with all the other florists in town, I would recommend avoiding Magical Flowers, not a place you want to do business with.
The cake flowers arrangement was outstanding! My sister, at 92, though it was edible! I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Magical Flowers for any occasion.Phyllis Sinoradzki
